Or you can return broken products under a buy-back scheme. You bring a defective bicycle, you receive a voucher to buy something new at a discount.
Repairs are the basis of the circular economy and sustainability. If all stores and all manufacturers were concerned with offering repair services, not just selling us new products, we would be far ahead.
