The Sustainable Solutions Association is registered in the Register of Entities/Cult Units for which tax deductions can be made.

Companies paying profit tax can redirect up to 20% of this tax to the Sustainable Solutions Association, in two ways, depending on the year being reported.
1. For the tax for the current year, 2026, through a sponsorship contract, until December 31, 2026.
Steps to follow:
- Download the sponsorship contract from the link.
- Fill it out with your company's details and the amount you wish to sponsor. Your accountant can make all the necessary calculations to ensure you stay within the 20% limit.
- Send the signed contract to the email address contact@solutiisustenabile.org. We will sign it and send it back to you, signed by both parties.
- Transfer the amount stated in the contract to the association's account by the end of the year.
- When making tax payments to the state, deduct the amount sponsored to the Sustainable Solutions Association.
2. For the tax for the previous year, 2025, if there are any unredirected amounts, through Declaration 177, until June 25, 2026.
Steps to follow:
- Download the sponsorship contract from the link.
- Fill it out with your company's details and the amount you wish to sponsor. Your accountant can make all the necessary calculations to ensure you stay within the 20% limit.
- Download Declaration 177 from here.
- Submit Declaration 177 in your company's Private Virtual Space.
And that's it. Subsequently, the state will transfer the amount specified in the sponsorship contract to the association's account.
