Our Values

✨ Integrity

We are responsible for what we do, what we say, and always mindful of greenwashing. We strive to be vigilant and avoid the risk of "washing," even unintentionally, those companies that claim to be greener than they are in reality. We avoid presenting seemingly miraculous solutions that cannot be sustained over time.

✅ Transparency

We believe that transparency is the foundation of sustainability. Our own and that of those we work with. We communicate honestly with others and always ask for the same in return. We are not interested in miraculous solutions, future objectives, and promises that have not yet materialized. We always promote concrete actions, already implemented and measurable.

💡 Solution-oriented attitude

We are tired of lamentations and the resignation that comes from "We live in Romania, that's how it is here." For us, "it can't be done" does not exist. Something can always be done. Maybe it's not the ideal version, but something can be done if you want to be more sustainable, regardless of whether you are an individual, a company, or a public entity. Change begins with each of us. Whatever role we may have. And it spreads around us, whether we want to or not. The most important thing is to take the first step. Even if it's not the perfect one.

📚 Continuous education

Climate change is a complex field, where even solutions and the vision of them can change over the years. We commit to constantly learning, staying up-to-date with the latest scientific conclusions, always consulting experts in the field, and where even experts have not agreed, to always state this. We share everything we know with everyone interested in sustainability and strive to make information as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.

❤️ Empathy

We have all made at least one mistake regarding our responsibility towards nature, the environment, and other people, and from this point, we start every action, project, partnership, or communication campaign. The important thing is to acknowledge the mistake and for the one who made it to show that they want to correct it. Regardless of whether we are talking about people or organizations. We support constructive criticism. If we point fingers, we have only one goal: to all learn something from it. However, we avoid attributing blame for the climate crisis we are currently experiencing to individuals, because that is not where the cause lies.

🤝 Collaboration

We know that sustainability is a difficult mission and that impact only increases if we work together. We partner with think tanks, academic institutions, embassies, mass media, non-profit organizations, chambers of commerce, business associations, and private companies to create real and lasting change.
